Governor Abiola Ajimobi has finally aired his view about the demolition of popular musician, Yinka Ayefele’s Fresh FM in what the government said contravenes the law.
The court had denied knowledge of the demolition in court but the Commissioner for Physical planning said the partial demolition was necessary because the land contravenes the law.
In the video, the governor said no mater the calibre of one in the society, the law comes first.

Special Adviser to Governor Ajimobi on Physical Planning and Development Control, Waheed Gbadamosi at a press parley held on Monday, at the Film Theatre, Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism said that the government gave ample opportunity for Music House to regularize its null and void building plan but the management of the organization did not deem it fit to obey the laws of the land.
The matter is still pending in court.
