The Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osinbajo on Friday, visited Igbeti in Olorunsogo, Kishi in Irepo and Igboho in Oorelope local government areas of Oyo state.

The vice president was accompanied by the Minister of Communications, Barrister Adebayo Shittu, the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo and the All Progressives Congress, APC gubernatorial candidate in the state, Oloye Adebayo Adelabu.

Osinbajo in a town all meeting urged the people of Oke Ogun and Oyo state at large to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress.

He also visited the palaces of some royal fathers in the towns.

As earlier announced, the vice president could not visit Saki, Saki West local government on Friday where he is expected to distribute Tradermoni, an initiative of the Buhari led-government.

According to reports, he is expected to visit Saki, the home town of the Minister of Communications, Adebayo Shittu today.
