The Candidate of the NIP in the last gubernatorial election in Oyo, Bolanle Ashabi Sarumi Aliyu has congratulated the governor-elect Seyi Makinde.
In his statement made available to insideoyo.com on Tuesday, Sarumi Aliyu urged Makinde to keep to his campaign promises made to the people of Oyo State.
“On behalf of Oyo State NIP members, we congratulate you being the winner of the just concluded general elections in Oyo State.
“I pray that by Almighty God’s special grace your tenure will be a successful one.
I use this opportunity to urge you to keep your campaign promises made to the people of Oyo State.
“Our people deserve good governance and I believe with God’s help you can deliver
this.”
