Oyo state government on Wednesday, kicked off enforcement of laws over roadside trading in the state.
This is coming after the expiration of seven-day ultimatum issued by the government last week.
According to Nigerian Tribune, the enforcement exercise started around Challenge-Agodi gate axis of Ibadan where task force seize some wares, goods displayed on roadsides.
Four pickup vans of the Ministry were seen with full of items seized from roadside traders, the medium reported.
State Commissioner of Environment and Natural Resources, Mr Idowu Oyeleke, who led the enforcement team, assured that the exercise will continue on a daily basis
