Oyo APA Constitutes Guber Campaign Committee

The leadership of Oyo State chapter of the African Peoples Alliance (APA) says it has constituted a Campaign Committee for the proposed forthcoming governorship campaign of the party scheduled to start in January 2018.

The Acting Chairman of the party, Elder Busari Agbolade and the newly appointed Acting Secretary of the party, Mr. Kolade Stephen disclosed this yesterday through a press release made available to newsmen at the party Secretariat in Onireke.

Elder Busari further disclosed that the committee would be led by Marcus Ugbduma  and Mr. Tijani Adeyemi as Chairman and Secretary of the campaign committee respectively..

It would be recalled that the party had earlier scheduled her governorship flag off campaign to be held on the 15th of December of this year.

It further named the election campaign planning committee members to include Mr. Ayodele Salaudeen,  Ms. Odunayo Ayobami, Mr. Kehinde Gbadeyanka and Babajide Olanrewaju.

Finally, the event which witnessed the installation of Mr. Kolade Stephen whose appointment dated back to October 10th of this year as the state acting secretary of the party promises a good outing for the party in the New Year to come. Mr. Stephen Kolade is currently the Party’s House of Assembly Candidate representing the party in Ibadan South West Local Government Constituency. Mr. Kolade Stephen will be acting as the party’s state Secretary until the party Congress scheduled to hold next year August
