Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, has taken his campaign to Ibadan North Local Government area of the state in grand style.
Many supporters of PDP dared the harsh weather by joining the campaign train from its starting point in Ikolaba, Agodi Gate, Oje, Bere, Inalende, Sabo and finally ended at Bodija market, where the governorship candidate addressed the mammoth crowd.

In a carnival like manner, PDP party faithful were entertained by Fuji music canvassing votes for Mr. Seyi Makinde and other candidates of the party.
Addressing the crowd, the PDP governorship candidate promised to install street lights, tar all roads within the Bodija market to make the environment conducive for buying and selling.

He equally pledged the traders with revolving credit facility to strengthen their businesses.
Earlier, Mr. Makinde had paid homage to Seriki Hausawa of Sabo community, at Mokola, Ibadan, where he pledged to improve infrastructural facilities in the neighbourhood if elected.
On the campaign team included, the running mate, Raufu Olaniyan, PDP Chairman in the state, Alhaji Kunmi Mustapha, former Deputy Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola, Oyo South Senatorial candidate, Dr Kola Balogun, Honourable Tayo Sarumi, Alhaja Bose Adedibu, House of Representatives candidate, Ibadan North Federal constituency, Demola Omotoso, Chief Jacob Adetoro, Prince Dotun Oyelade among others.
