Popular fuji musician, Alhaji Saheed Okunola has waxed a full album for the celebration of the 60th birthday of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola of the State of Osun.
Titled ‘Odundun Asoludero’, it was sponsored by the State of Osun House of Assembly, to praise job done by the governor in his close to 7 years in office as governor.
Sources close to ‘Osupa’, as he is fondly called, said that the album is billed for launch this Tuesday, May 23rd when the governor would be inaugurated as a life member of the Assembly. Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, will also deliver the anniversary lecture.
Meanwhile, the Legislature defeated the Executive 2 goals to nil in a novelty match played early today.
Recall that the celebration started on Friday with a Jumaat service at the Osogbo Central Mossque.
