Oyo State Governorship Candidate of Action Democratic Party, ADP, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala has promised to declare state of emergency on Education and Health sectors, if elected.

He made the promise during his campaign tour to Ibarapa Zone of Oyo State.

Otunba Alao-Akala while speaking at the palaces of Eleruwa of Eruwa, Oba Samuel Adegbola, Asigangan of Igangan, Oba Lasisi Adeoye and Onidere of Idere, Oba Kingsley, said, the state of Education and Health sectors had drawn backward, hence the need for an experienced leader to address them.

The former Governor enjoined people to support his ambition by voting ADP in the elections for actualization of all his promises, adding that, he had done it before, and he would do much better if given the opportunity.

In their separate remarks, the monarchs showered encomiums on Otunba Alao-Akala for his philanthropic gesture while serving as Governor between 2007 and 2011.

The Monarchs however appealed to the voters not to sell their votes but should come out in large number to elect leaders of their choices.

On the entourage was Oyo South senatorial candidate of ADP, Dr Fola Akinosun who also promised to represent the people of his senatorial district diligently if elected.
