Oyo State is listed second after Edo State in human trafficking, the National Vice President of the National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies ( NANTA ), Dagunduro Olatokunbo, has said.
Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs Atinuke Oshunkoya and her Information and Culture counterpart, Toye Arulogun in their separate addresses at the 2018 Human Trafficking Day in Ibadan yesterday said the cases were mostly reported in Oke Ogun area of the state.
The event was organized by the state government in collaboration with Human Rights Personal Privileges to create awareness on human trafficking.
