The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ogbomoso North, South, and Oriire Federal Constituency, Hon Olufemi Oladokun Onireti has congratulated His Excellency, Engr. Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State on his third anniversary in office.

Onireti in his congratulatory message described the tenure of Makinde as the one filled with excellent performance.

He stressed that the good people of Ogbomoso can not forget in a hurry how he was able to ensure that Oyo State Government took the sole ownership of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ( LAUTECH), Ogbomoso.

The rehabilitation of Ogbomoso Stadium, the light-up projects, and the flag off of Ogbomoso -Iseyin road which is about 76km, and many other projects too numerous to mention are part of the giant strides and dividends of democracy that his government has brought to us and it will forever linger in our memory.

Onireti further commended the Governor for deeming it very pertinent to be paying Civil servants and pensioners every 25th of the month. This gesture no doubt is worthy of emulation as it keeps the economy of Oyo State running.

Onireti concluded that the only way the good people of Ogbomoso and Oyo state, in general, can show their gratitude to Engr Seyi Makinde is to re-elect him as the Executive Governor of Oyo State come 2023 to continue with the good work he has started.
