Ibadan broadcaster, Oriyomi Hamzat, has narrated ordeals during his arrest in the month of August in 2017 and 2018 and why he went to Ghana.
Oriyomi in a blogpost said the experience was a bitter and promised to share with friends and fans.
“The month of August however to Oriyomi Hamzat will remain unforgettable. It opened to me some of the most interesting episodes of my life. I’m not sure but I think I have a score to settle with the month of August.
“Do you all remember that I was actually sent on a voyage of experience to Agodi Prisons last year in this same month of August? That was over a case of murder that I knew nothing about. You remember, right?
“That’s not even the talk for today. I’ll still talk about that in subsequent episodes of ‘Chronicles of Oriyomi,” he said in a blogpost titled ‘Chronicles of Oriyomi Hamzat: Ep 01 – Why I had to flee to Ghana’
He said his ordeal stated when he started an indepth investigation into unpaid salary arrears of Oyo state lecturers and pension arrears.
