Former Senate President and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant, Senator David Mark has said that he will transform Nigeria within just 730 days, if elected the next President of the country in next year’s polls.

He also maintained that he knows the problems of Nigeria, and that he has the “courage and capacity to tackle the problems”.

He stated this in Ibadan, the Oyo state at the party’s Secretariat where he met with national delegates of the party for forthcoming party presidential primary.

Senator David Mark, who has been a senate floor member on two occasions since the inception of democracy in the country banked on his wealth of experience to bring the country to her enviable position among other nations.

The Benue State born politician established that election for him is not a do or die affair, expressing his readiness to abide by the outcome of the primary election and work together with anybody that emerged winner to oust the Muhammadu Buhari-led government.

Senator Mark reiterated that he strongly believes that if the present administration in the country is ready to conduct credible, free and fair election, PDP will win the 2019 presidential election.

He opined that he is someone who believes in peace and progress, hence his tenures as senate president were rancour free. He explained that his mission is to canvass vote from Oyo State delegates and emerge the party’s standard bearer in the fast approaching general elections.

The Oyo State PDP Chairman, Alhaji Omokunmi Mustapha in his welcome address appreciated Senator David Mark for his effort in ensuring that PDP remains one united family before, during and after the primary.

He promised that the state chapter of the party would do everything within its power to ensure that the party comes out victorious in the coming elections.
